My goal is to support and guide you in finding the best type of coverage for your specific individual health background, utilization, budget, and peace of mind. Helping you protect your livelihood and avoid pitfalls is my utmost priority.
I combine my personal knowledge of how competitive various insurance companies are locally, with insider knowledge of local healthcare providers and establishments.
Once you initiate contact with me, we will have a conversation where I will collect information from you about your unique healthcare needs, including finding out the names of your specific Doctors, Specialists, Medications and Services you utilize.
I use your data to cycle through the various Medicare Supplemental options. With this information, I create a thorough “Workup” that provides insight to which insurance companies plans would be best suited for you.

We can also compare and explore the differences between Traditional Medigap Lettered Supplemental coverage and Medicare Advantage Part C Plans.
Selecting and enrolling you into the right plan is just the start. My commitment to you goes beyond that. I provide all my clients with year-round telephone support if they have questions about utilizing their insurance benefits. I also help my clients communicate with their Insurance Company if they need billing or claims support. This level of support can make a huge difference, as it’s not always easy to communicate with large insurance companies.

I offer convenient home appointments to those residing in the following areas: Coeur d Alene, ID, Post Falls, ID, Athol, ID, Sandpoint, ID, Rathdrum, ID, Spirit Lake, ID, Oldtown, ID, Priest River, ID, Newport, WA, Spokane, WA and surrounding areas.
Remote Enrollment & Support:
I also offer remote coaching, enrollment, and year-round support services via telephone, to all of Idaho and Washington states. I work with clients throughout all of Idaho and Washington, including those living in remote areas.
Annual Open Enrollment:
During Annual Open Enrollment, which is October 15th through December 7th each year, I offer a variety of local retail locations for you to connect with me in person in Coeur d Alene, Idaho.
